For story, I really like 08th MS Team. The second to last episode kept me to the edge of my seat. I'll ignore the last episode for obvious reasons.
Seed is my favorite for a TV broadcasted Gundam series, regardless of its flaws. It would've been Gundam Wing for me, but there were too many episodes that seemed filler-like.
