<Hundred> is the name of the weapon (the suit, I think) that basically is the only thing capable of resisting the <Savage> (invading alien race, woohoo).

The protag Hayato, in order to learn how to use the <Hundred>, joins <<Little Garden>>, a floating (on water) academy city (GAKUENTOSHI AGAIN).

And he ends up with a grey-haired crossdressing chick (I'm fairly certain this is going to be the scenario) who knows him a little too well as his roommate.
