I love Rias's new power, it doesn't need speed because it seems like it cannot be dodged because of its attraction force. And with the rest of the team battling the activation time is not a big deal. LOL can you see the look on Grendel's half of a face when he realizes the holy grail is gone and he has to spend the rest of his time with just half a face.
