I think it looks good.
But, what I wanna know is how the GMs will handle in-game customer support?
I played EverQuest for a number of years and if you had a problem, most GMs on my server wouldn't move unless you reminded them that you pay to play the game and therefore deserve service. And, even then, they'd complain. Sick, ain't it?
