If you get right down to it, there's more people here who are dissatisfied with the manga than those who are happy, so the thread will naturally go in that direction. If we all disappeared... this thread would be lucky to get 2 posts a week. That actually happened on another forum. I left due to pressure from pro-readers and after getting several pages in a day most days, it's literally gone to maybe 6 posts a week. There isn't much to discuss outside of saying "Medaka is awesome." or something like that.

I'd rather have those 2 posts a week. Even if those 2 posts are stupid, at least it's less than getting some 10+ posts of the same.

This manga is alright, people! I was genuinely surprised how much I enjoyed this chapter given all the bashing that's been going on in this thread. Let's cool it down a little.

Indeed. This manga is what it always wanted to be and other people were assuming it was something else. If more people were aware of how Nisioisin narrates, maybe people wouldn't be so anal. I mean, does everyone really NEED to read Zaregoto to understand the themes that Nisioisin is presenting here in Medaka Box? Even Bakemonogatari has some similar themes with amazing people having serious problems (Hitagi and Tsubasa are the most obvious examples).
