Also I don't think Seth bears a Stigmata. The 3 marks that are left most likely will remain a mistery till the second part of the story. I can be wrong, of course.

Two reasons why I think Seto has a Stigmata.
1) She's kinda naked now and that's probably one of the better ways to show off a Stigmata (as if Needless needs any more ease in adding fanservice), making it more likely than, say, someone like Kafka or Solva or Shadow Giant who are pretty well dressed now.
2) This picture might or might not be a direct reference to Seto
To the left of Arclight's head appears to be a shadowy figure just like Seto. Of course, you have to ask the question, who is everyone else (Teruyama, Uten, etc)?
