This was the most emotional scene for Kengo, giving yet another part of the whole confrontation regarding "Staying in the dream world VS get the hell out of it".

When you think about I personally think that Kengo's not (just) getting Riki hide the truth of this world because of his sake, but also because he doesn't want to move on to reality. Being Kengo is suffering.
