That would make sense, since new Tsukihime designs from Takeuchi have been showing up, so Nasu is probably planning to move back to the Tsukihime side after this. French Bread is also waiting for Nasu to clear his schedule so that they can get permission to work on Melty Blood HD as well.
It just surprises me how a low budget spinoff series that was Fate/Extra is getting its sequel treated like a mainline game now.
