Frenda's "basically" is けっきょく (結局) (kekkyoku) - she said it many times (every other sentence at a minimum). Right before shocking Frenda Mikoto had also said it, then followed it up with "I seem to have picked up your habit".
Edit: it's surprisingly hard to find examples of this in the manga. I think for space's sake they dropped it from most of her sentences. Fortunately anime doesn't have that problem .

Isn't けっきょく used in Go as "end of round", or game over? Frenda(Doraemon?)'s case, she says 結局、日頃の行いな訳よ(In the end, it's my day job). "Chou" doesn't seem like her signature phrase, since so many JPN(and other country's) high school girls used it frequently.
