Anime involving cute alien girl who meets a boy. Their first meeting involves a baseball bat; I think he returns it or something. Some kind of conflict about whether or not she can stay on earth. Almost certain it was based on a manga series, but just can't remember the name. Saw it in 2004 or 2005 on Comcast's on demand video service.
