Note2: Yep, it's full of flaws
Note3: Enjoy
"A light was born at the world's end"
(The light could be Lelouch as he cried for C.C on ep 15, The world's end would have been C.C giving up her code to Charless as it would've mostlikely been the worlds end, and end of C.C aswell.
The light was either Lelouch, his feelings, or the future which was born as C.C snapped out of her false wish and didn't give up the code)
"Now we'r blowing in the wind"
(They'r(C.C is) finally able to move forward now, as she quit seeking for death
Wind is the flow of time or flow of life and she's going along with it)
"You can't live with just a pretty facade" (One can't live in a world that just looks pretty, as C.C was living in solitude, the facade itself isn't enaught to keep her "alive" (seeking for death is no more living in a sense, but lets not argue about this matter))
"Kindness can't heal everything"
(Kidness alone isn't enaught to heal her deep wounds, she needed a passionate/desparate call from Lelouch to turn her course)
"What was taken from you in this unchanging world?"
(Unchanging world represents the life she lead as an immortal, nothing ever really changed)
"What can you hear now? A colorful song"
(After all her sufferings, now she's besides Lelouch (and the others), which is colorful(lively) compared to colorless(dull) loneliness)
"Everything is bright"
(She realizes the meaning of life, she realizes what Lelouch is to her, and she can now truly yearn for the future)
"Your broken dreams echo all the way till tomorrow's end"
(C.C's dream(s) of being loved and getting freed from solitude were broken as she already gave up, but still they echoed till the future and apparently Lelouch found them (tomorrow's end = end of future or end of her life in the future, as tomorrow representing the future))
"The light that was born at the world's end united us"
(Lelouch or the desire for future unitd them)
"Now we'r blowing in the wind" (same as last time)
