Rather than love NTR, he seems to enjoy setting up those type of situations so Kirito (and Eugio) can do horrible, painful things to the perpetrators. So maybe a way of showing how NTR "should" end?

Spoiler for expansion (I'm ranting, feel free to ignore):

1. SAO - A yandere stalker tries to kill Kirito to get at Asuna. Asuna pounds him to a pulp and Kirito kills him.
2. ALO - Sugou tries the whole "brainwashing" cliche. Kirito mentally eviscerates (I think I used that wrong) him
3. GGO - Another male yandere, who instead goes for Shinon first. Kirito interrupts and Shinon knocks him unconscious.
4. Underworld - the whole "noble rape thing", followed by Eugio essentially breaking reality (his reality anyway) to avenge them
