Converting softsubbed MKVs to hardsubbed MP4s for your PSP is extremely easy with Xvid4PSP.

1. Have CCCP
2. Check Autoload VSFilter in CCCP settings page 2
3. Convert videos with XviD4PSP

And that's it.
