The same can be said of Veyron, he wasn't that injured by Subaru's attack either. Less, even, considering Arnage was actually bleeding.
But back to the topic, my main point was that the Nanohaverse isn't as biologically screwed as Iromaru suggests. We're just getting a warped view of the universe (for obvious reasons, most of which are more in line with Raiser's idea).
