I can understand a lot of the criticism, but the reason why season 2 isn't as good as I see it is because of season 1 when they pretty much messed up the order. In the last episode between the TokoNatsu and AkiYuu, Akihisa was taking on the TokoNatsu on his own without Yuuji's help, thanks to the power of the platinum bracelet, which unfortunately was used and destroyed in season 1, so there wasn't much maneuvering they could do there.
