Now that Touma is with Ollerus and Fiamma, I thought it would be interesting when Mikoto comes chasing after him but runs into Silvia instead, and after seeing how she keeps Ollerus in line, decides to call her 'Master'.
And just for fun we can throw in Maria, who would call her 'Master' because she's an accomplished Maid in the English Royal Family... Maria can be the personal servant (as teased in NT2) to Touma that Itsuwa could have been but would never ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever get the chance to be.
