Now that I have reread the heroine routes in English, I believe Romeo secretly disliked some of the characters the other two writers created. That's why Kotori's and Akane's routes practically didn't feature Shizuru, Chihaya and Lucia at all. On the other hand, Ryukishi07 was fine with Chihaya and Shizuru, but refrained from using Kotori and Akane.
