Imo Hurricane on Ashe doesn't make much sense as she already has a low-cd aoe slow. On any other on-hit spell adc it may be an alternative to PD (next to shiv). Need to do some testing it on different champs. I'm especially interested to see how it works on Cait, whether it retains her range and if the item's gits count towards headshot.
