I am new to index/ railgun and did not even finish the anime yet. I have a question regarding Touma's ability:
So his ability is cancellation. What makes it so great that BiriBiri/many others cannot beat him? While ESPers cannot use their ability directly on him, they can cause damage to surroundings and the surroundings can cause injury on him, right? Can't BiriBiri use her electric ability to lift a car (magnetic) and drop it on him?
