"The official website for the Mardock Scramble anime film trilogy has announced on
Tuesday that creator Tow Ubukata will personally present the world premiere of the
first film at New York Comic Con on October 8. Mardock Scramble: The First
Compression, the first of three films based on Ubukata's science fiction novel series,
will not open in Japan until November 6."
