Since no one bothered to even post one reply (probably because of stupid rule about translators names - **** for example is Animesuki user) I'll gather some translation issues:
Spoiler for long list of quotes:

but according to **** this: 人型といえ ここまでされたのは初めてよ should be translated to:
"I’m in my human form, but still, this is the first time anyone’s gotten me this badly".
Both versions make sense but ****'s would be my choice. Even if Riful was slashed to the head it would do nothing to her but her flesh was devoured by ZACS and I doubt anything like that happened to her earlier. Also I doubt she ever fought with other abyssals and ordinary awakened beings most likely avoided her so her comment "despite your human forms" couldn't mean much because claymores were probably the only worthy opponents she had. AB she obliterated in seconds would probably be owned by Rachel and Audrey.
Also on the last page:
****'s version: The first target is the abyssal one.
***'s: Their first target is the Abyssal One.
Since Alicia is saying this ****'s version makes more sense.

so there you go even i translated it differently...
as for 人型といえ ここまでされたのは初めてよ
Even though I'm in my human form, still this is the first time anyone's gotten me this much.
You guys... I'm gonna mince you such that you'll regret having such durable bodies...

そしてつけられた名が微笑のテレサ
And the name she was given was Smiling Teresa
クレイモアと呼ばれる者の中で最強の女だ
Among those that are called Claymores, she is the strongest woman.
ふ。。。違うか - Hhm, maybe not
最強の女ではなく - Not the strongest woman
最強の化物だな - but rather the strongest monster

The scanlator made an unfortunate typo.

First, I wasn't the one who actually noticed either the Raki being from the west or the Zemu issues.
Raki being from the West I was told on IRC by Gangsta (who heard from someone else - Ryus from **** maybe?), and I verified it for him (much to my surprise). In that scene talk had been going on about the south (smell of the south, or something like that), and the translator still had south on the brain when Raki said he was from the west. At that point I might have speculated it may have been from somewhere on the southern bit of the western continent due to the smell. The japanese was pretty clear though - he said "west" not "south" nor "southern part of west" or anything like that. Sorry if there was any misunderstanding.
As for Zemu, it went un-noticed until the someone posted here in, I believe, the US manga thread why Viz translated them as Zem (or Zemu - forget which). This was sometime back during around the time of the Agatha fight. I went back to check and verified that Viz had gotten it right for once (the characters ma and mu are upside-down versions of the same character (and neither character used too often in katakana). Brain fart I guess...).
