IMHO, both in anime and IRL parents must take better care of their children instead of blaming everyone but themselves when something goes wrong

Kazuto's current plan is obviously a long shot (he's entered the game based on a single fuzzy picture of a lookalike), but he has to work within the constraints that have been established. None of the other options you've outlined are more likely to succeed.

As I wrote, Kirito already (ab-)used his SAO-fame to violate private information through official channels. As for Suguha and Kirito, I can not comprehend, how they are playing the same game together and are all flirty with each other... dunno beats me...
In any case, SAO is not a franchise meant to be taken seriously, so as with Horizon, I probably should leave fans enjoy it (before flaming me), without thinking too rationally about it
