These are most likely the Japan Yakuza story arc.
It's the longest arc in Black Lagoon series, and most emotional.
Huge turn of events for Rock and Revi.
The original manga title for this arc were: Fujiyama Gangsta Paradise pt.1-pt.16

It's been stated the the Yakuza arc's ending will be anime original, so I can't imagine what the episode titles will mean yet.
I think the second season ending with the Yakuza arc is a great wrap-up for the series.

There's a new story arc running right now called: El Vaile De La Muerte
And it features the return of the terminator maid, Roberta.
It's up to pt.4 I believe.
