So there's this one anime-image hosting website called Danbooru, and they have recently uploaded images with Neito's mother in it. In the comments, some of them have seemed confused as to what her mother's name is, and have tried to romanize it.

人狼女王 (レーネデガルウ)

They say Neito's name has an alternate form (アルジョント・ルウ Arujonto Ruu) and have come to the conclusion that the mother's name is Reenedega Ruu.
