WTF.. Disbelief .. no longer suspended. Come on, credibility just fell through right here, why the hell are diplomats not being sheltered at a hotel close to the government buildings? 500 yen for lunch? What kind of crack is the author smoking? There are tons of very nice hotels in Nagatachō specifically for this purpose. I stayed at one myself! It was full of government officials and visiting people from other countries! Common sense!?
