Hata has been taking questions on twitter and answering them on his blog the last two weeks. He also mentioned that he loves the story where Tama gets lost, (But apparently no one else did...) And that he enjoyed both seasons of the anime (But the ratings kind of sucked...)
He also really liked the stories where Nagi wakes up early/plays with the remote control car and mentions the Mykonos timeslip story (The extra in volume 4) being popular.
The Hina answer made me giggle only because someone asked him the same thing about Nagi a while back and he was all like "Well, Nagi's only 13, she still has room to grow..." and then with Hina he's like
