I think Tobi will comeback. I mean based on what we know is that "It Looks like Tobi died too." and Kisame apparent surprise that Tobi "wasn't able to outrun that..." I don't know it seems that things are being setup for Tobi to reappear. I mean with Hidan and Kakzuza they were pretty definate in stating that they were killed, whereas with Tobi it's that it looks or seems that Tobi was killed...

I saw that too and i sincerely hope he survives. But im just going to go with what was implied until i'm told diffrently.
