I went and took down every appearance, action, and word QB has from the first two episodes. I try to describe the scene he is in, but I don't give conversational context--I'd hope people use the timestamps to fill that part in. I am sure this is unnecessarily verbose. Timestamps are taken from Nutbladder's subs.

(1:29) [QB sitting on ledge, speaking to Madoka during Homura's fight.]
(1:54) [Full view of QB from front, he wags his tail as he speaks.] "If you give up, then it's over. But you can change destiny."
(2:07) [Long shot of QB and Madoka from the front. QB is staring forward.] "Unavoidable destruction, grief... [QB turns toward Madoka] You can reject them. You hold that power."
(2:30) [Long shot of QB and Madoka from the back. QB is staring away.] "Of course. So contract with me, [Close up of QB. He bobs his head as he finishes his line.] and become a magical girl!"
(14:43) [Close up of QB's blinking face. QB sitting on an ornamental bush watching Madoka's class do PE]
(16:50) [QB panting as he runs through dark corridors. QB avoids several attacks and does a barrel roll. One hits him, sending him sliding across the floor with his mouth slightly open and his eyes forcefully shut, but he gets up and keeps running.]
(17:23) [Madoka is listening to music. QB calls out to her telepathically] "Help me! Please, help me! (I hear "help me, Madoka" instead of "Please, help me") Help me!"
(17:45) [Madoka is wandering by the closed off area] "Help me!"
(18:09) [Madoka is in the closed off area] "Help me!"
(18:14) [A ceiling panel bends and falls open; QB tumbles down with it. Close up of QB with dischelved fur with red exposed. Madoka picks him up.] "Help me!"
(18:40) [Madoka POV view of QB. QB's has labored breathing and injuries that expose something red underneath.
(19:42) [Madoka and Sayaka run away with QB still in Madoka's arms.
(21:22) [Close shot of QB in Madoka's arms, his eyes are still closed. No injuries are visible from this shot.
(23:27) [QB being healed by Mami. QB with ^ω^ eyes on his face. There are no injuries in the shot, so we do not see these being healed. We see him blink as he wakes up. He faces Mami.] "Thanks, Mami! You saved me!" [Closeup of QB. He turns to face Madoka and Sayaka] "Thanks! I'm Kyubey!" [Back to a wider shot] "Yeah, Madoka Kaname! And Sayaka Miki!" "I came here to ask you something" [Closeup of QB. He smiles and bobs his head to one side as he says:] "I want you to form a contract with me and become magical girls."

To note: QB doesn't bleed. If you look at the close ups when he drops down in front of Madoka and when he is in her arms, injured, the white fur looks like a sheet or cover (or clothes) that has been torn, as it is not stuck to the exposed red portions as you might expect flesh and skin to bunch and peel.

Spoiler for QB in ep 2:

The intent of this is to just have a catalog of what we see him do, what body language he exhibits, his reactions in certain situations, and what he says to accompany those, as these are more concrete to build upon than what he does not say or do, which is more open to interpretation.

I don't think we've seen so much dark imagery with Kyubey that he does not counter with stereotypical mascot fooling around and fidgeting sfx. They've been giving us cues in both directions, but it's been shifting toward more darker cues as of late.

I'll see about doing something similar for ep 3-5, but from a brief rewatch--QB gasps and his body jerks a little (the first time we have seen him without his usual composure?) when Homura enters Charlotte's boss room in the nick of time, although I think someone probably mentioned this already on the episode thread.
