The Geass stamp is available from Chara-Ani online (Japan residents only) or in a hobby-related physical store in Japan. It's about 1,200 yen (~$11). I planned to get one, but then I decided to get the PP Lelouch instead. I believe the king piece's design is original to Code Geass... I'm no chess buff, but I've never seen it anywhere before.
Also, the Edit button is your friend.
