Yeah, he has a devil fruit (I dunno what the name of it is, though). He's not ULTRA-SUPER POWERFUL, but pretty close. ^_^ Also, he has one of the highest bounties in the show, if not the highest. That's one of the reasons I like him, he's so femmy yet so badass nonetheless. He so puts the flaming in Doflamingo. *fanboi swoon*
