It's true, but that's not exactly what happened is it?
I guess no work can be credited to solely one person and Nagai should be thanked for keeping things under wraps. Like I said,

Just because she had insane ideas for it doesn't devalue her work in it. I mean sometimes first drafts are pretty awful. ;p
It also explains the not so good work she's done.
