Personally I've switched to
HMV in March for R2 DVDs and J-Pop CDs because Amazon JP stopped offering their Economy Shipping (cheap shipping), leaving only the ridiculously expensive DHL shipping option available for international customers. HMV offers comparable discounts and cheap(er) EMS shipping. Their shopping system is completely translated and most of their products' pages as well.
