The flow of Touma's story is like this:
Volume 1 (with Stiyl fight and Kanzaki fight) -> SISTERS arc (with Mikoto fight and Accel fight) -> Angel Fall (with Sasha fight and Tsuchimikado fight) -> volume 6 (Kazakiri appearance only, no fights) -> Daihasei (Oriana fight) -> Aqua arc (Aqua fight) -> Mysterious voice talking about Touma's memory loss at the end.
For Kuroko's special: while she is doing that taunt, if the enemy attacks her, she'll teleport and do a series of attacks.
