I used onscripter a lot but I never had to worry about save and load menu since I was basically working and tweaking an existing script, so I can't answer your question directly, but I can at least link you this useful page that contains all the commands (including the ones you are looking for) and their usage with examples.

Still can't seem to understand. I just wanna make a basic menu for onscripter. [Starting Screen, Loading Screen, Saving Screen.] So is there any direct tutorials? Thanks by the way . I know it's hard to create one but I really want to create one.

Wait, so you want to know how to create any kind of menu?
In that case you need to understand how buttons work in onscripter and it's a bit confusing.

If you download the onscripter SDK from this page you'll find included a simple example. Just open the 0.txt on notepad and check how it's done.
