Exactly how bad is it?

Something tells me Netflix is going to cheap out on the English dub to that same studio who did AICO due to the lack of fanfare.

Well, it's kinda like a Western cartoon, I guess. There is the damsel in distress princess who is totally useless but has this mystical power and whatnot. Then there's the evil prince who forces the princess to use her power for evil things. And then there's the handsome knight who is in love with the princess and wants to save her. Oh, and there is the other main girl with similar powers to the princess but she's kinda there and hasn't done anything relevant yet.

I guess it's more meh than actually bad. I mean, if it was bad it could be bad in a funny way I least. This is just pointless.

I think it's quite obvious that the main objective of this story is to promote Yukari Tamura & Konomi Suzuki.
Still, while the story may be average at best, I don't see it as bad since I'm kinda enjoying it, despite it's flaws.

I think I would enjoy it a bit more if the princess wasn't such a useless piece of crap. I can't stand damsels in distress. It's one of the tropes I hate the most.

Stark700 Senior Member Join Date: Jul 2014 Location: Somewhere on Earth	First episode is out. Thoughts: Spoiler: Hmm, I think the first episode is okay. We got a fantasy setting and I think that world has some potential for world building. We meet a good amount of the main characters already and they seem pretty normal. Still, it looks like tragedy strikes for one of the main girls in this episode and she feels the reality of it. There's music and songs already which plays an important role in this series. (so it has more purpose than just being part of the show) Not too bothered by the CG stuff but the animation quality feels so-so to me. __________________
