i have bought a bew PC and need to install the latest version of flash player to watch youtube. the problem is the site instructs me to click on the gold bar around the browser to let it install. but i cannot see any gold bar. can anyone offer me help?

which web browser are you using to download flash player. If your using IE then you might have to do something with the pop-up blocker.

Try to go to this site and download it, it support most browser such as IE, FireFox, and Opera...
