I just want to know what everyone elses opinion is on this. Now im not saying Rock Lee is the ultimate but if he were to open up the 5 gates like he did on Garaa he would defeat Neji without much problem, but then again that would leave him pretty much immobilized after that so i don't know if you would call that a true victory. But even only Lee with his weights off he may not be able to make contact with Neji but i don't think Neji could hit him so that in my opinion would be a stalemate. What do you think?
