A couple of months ago, somebody posted on Youtube a crossover between Lucky Star and Higurashi that was monochrome and obviously hand drawn (of course). I was wondering if anybody could tell me if I could still find it, along with the complete and final version of the colored one?

At first, I didn't get the Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei - Higurashi vid. But after seeing the series (SZS, that is), I have to say that that video sure fits.

"You" and "Thanks" by Yukino Satsuki are from a Maxi Single, sold during this Comiket 72.

As far as I can remember, this was supposed to be the single for the DramaCD of Meakashi-hen. (for your instance, You is considered as Shion's Theme)

indeed, but most of the other alternate versions are doujin etc. i talk mainly about the commercial ones and also as SONG, as they are more elaborated and easier to take reference to. (of course, there are also the 2 "Music Box" types, etc)
