Since Laughing Man has already been used, you will need to select an alternative (sorry but it wouldn't be fair to rename an existing user, even if they haven't logged in for, in this case, 8 months).

I believe, it is possible to send the renaming requests through PMs to the admins. If that is the case, instead of posting here, the request makers can use the PM system, which might be more convenient.
