I watched that same scene with Voltaire, and I don't know where all of you got the idea that he's GUNBUSTER like tall or something, considering that he's clearly standing behind Caro on the RF6 holographic training ground, and she's relatively large comparing (And I don't think Voltaire was THAT far away from Caro for it to be a perspective matter) I would say that his current size of 4-5 stories tall is just about accurate.

I don't think Voltaire was ever like some super massive hunderds of stories tall or anything, he just looked huge because the city or as Lowe said the holographic city is so far in the background. If he were really taller then skyscrapers, Caro wouldn't even be a speck next to him.
