The second is a sig of the image below with this in the bottom left corner:

Would it be possible to have someone make an 100x100 gif avatar from episode 25, the part where chouginga gurren lagann gets "introduced"?

Time in the episode should be from 22min21sec to 22min.33sec

It's pretty difficult to get the whole sequence into an ASF-safe avatar without cutting quality or removing parts:
