In the ending where Sekai stabs Makoto, what was Makoto telling Sekai that got her saying "no" and well, running away, looking like she regret what she has done?

as far as i can remember:

Makoto says he is relieved, which surprises sekai. He then says he was worried from all this time.
He talk about his "children", that he was worried about it. (since sekai is pregnant as well).

He tries to stay "cool" (Kuru nare).
As result, Sekai says it wasn't what she wanted.(not sure at all)
And Makoto thanks her. he says it again, mentioning his baby, that he was worried.

Sekai is in denial, and Makoto says, from all this time, about sekai he...
He couldn't finish his sentence and sekai flees

geh...if only he wasn't muttering with that wimpy voice, it would be easier...

Makoto basically says he was worried about her, especially for the baby (since sekai is also pregnant). As he is struggling with the wound, he talks about he is relieved, and some talks of the baby as well.

Sekai is freaked out and flees

OH ok thanks for the answer. Recently seen the ending through youtube...now I have seen all three bad possible endings.

^ well, you gotta probably check it again, i listened back to it, and i put some details as an edit.
However, i'm exactly not sure at 100%, though the main idea (about what he was worried about) is without a doubt "this".

Well here's my take on it. I included the Japanese subs from the game since I'm no expert either, so anyone who wants to chip in with corrections can do so.

Spoiler:

Sekai's pissed. She stabs Makoto (Die !), then -

Sekai : 私をこなにして。。。 なのに、自分だけ。。。。桂さんと幸せになろうだなんて。。。
(You do something like this to me (shot is at her pregnant stomach).... yet you're the only one who's off living a happy life with Katsura....)

But as Makoto goes down, he says he's glad that Sekai is ok. He tells her that he was always worried -

Matoko : 良かった。。。 無事で(I'm glad... you're alright)
Sekai : え(Eh ?)
Makoto : ずっと、心配してた (I was always worried)
Makoto : お腹の子、 俺のなんだね(The child you're carrying, it's mine right.)

[few useless lines omitted]

Makoto : 産んでくれるんだね (Please, do me a favour and have the baby)
Sekai : 産むしか。。。ないじゃない (I .... won't just have the baby) - as in she'll take care of it too

Makoto then thanks her for doing that for his child, then tells her he was always worried (either referring to Sekai or the child she's carrying, I don't know). This is where Sekai starts to regret what she did, either because she is also worried about the future of the child now that she has become a murderer, or that the child has lost his/her father. Or maybe she still loves Makoto. Who knows.

Makoto - 世界。。。 ずっと、 俺。。。 世界のこと (Sekai, I will always....)

Sekai - no no .... AHHHHH (RUN AWAY)

Makoto then has a bitter laugh about what had happened, then tries to make it home to Kotonoha while bleeding all over the place. On his way home -

Makoto : 俺のこと。。。恨んで。。。なのに、赤ちゃんは産んでくれるって
(She hates me that much, but she is still going to have my child)

Makoto : 世界らしいよな
(That's just like Sekai....)

Makoto : アイツ。。。。 子供の名前。。。考えてるのかな。。。
(I wonder if she is thinking of a name for the child ...)

Makoto : 俺なら。。。
(If it was me...)

... etc etc etc.

Obviously he doesn't make it very far....

I think I get the whole picture on what happened in that ending.
Pretty messed up and the way how things are going on in the anime, I believe a bad ending will surely follow.

This is actually a meme originated from nico nico douga.
basically, in the scenery video that TV kanawaga used as a placeholder for the episode, there is well... a boat.
Sarcastically, someone puts a "nice boat" comment. (on nico nico, you can comment a video, and the comment will fly on the screen at the given time)
This thing quickly became a meme, and turned into something like this :


this is quite similar to the "nano" meme used, at each title screen of any nanoha episode.

this meme turned quickly into these parodies you could see here and there. (this might last for a good while, considering how it is on 2ch and 4chan)

ahhahaha thats pretty funny...and using a "Nice blue boat" in place for episode 12's slot, that must have been a boring sight. Man, look at all those "nice boat" comments on that screen shot...hahahah it must have driven anime fans crazy just to make comments like that to make something as simple as that, to something that actually has meaning to it. "Nice Blue Boat" = "the day Makoto's life was spared".
And its also shocking to hear that there was a meme used for Nanoha episodes also...

We saw in some parts of the anime Kotonoha's eyes became... weird and in 2 or 3 episodes she was seen to be talking on the phone when no one was at the receiving end. Was that a sign of deillusion and on the verge of snapping?

Not on the verge cause she has snapped at that point...she was seriously deluded and unstable about the whole situation. The shock was so great for her i guess you could say that she is trapped in her own dream world. Hell knows how makoto managed to get her back to the land of the living but he did...

Timeline-wise, before School Days.
