roughly in summary:
-The father was a policeman. It appears he abused her physically, but also was exchanging e mail with another woman. Despite the girl's plea, her sister and mother didn't give crap
-this lead to an isolation and exacerbation, according some experts.
-It has been revealed that she wanted to do justice herself, as she really hated her father, and said "i wanted to give him the guillotine"

there isn't any revelation of the sentence yet. Well, perhaps it has been done with discretion.

There is something that I quite don't get.

Spoiler for Kai episode 13:

When she's about to be brought to the Furude Shrine for dissection Rika says that she'll endure the excruciating experience in order to burn Takano's face and name into her memories, so that those memories will travel with her the next world.

But why she implies in her words that there's the possibility for her to forget about who the real culprit is, Takano?

Even Hannyuu, as she stood by Rika's side, spoke that if Rika forget those memories she won't.

I know that in the previous worlds Rika has quickly given up in most of them and never came close to the truth about the real culprit.

She only knew that at every world:
1. Someone kills her.
2. Depending on the world each of her friends individually faces a deep trouble that makes them go suspicious and paranoid, thus starting the diseases' symptoms: Teppei returning to Hinamizawa which causes Satoko's abuse; Keiichi giving the doll to Rena which provokes that "Mion" goes mad; etc.

Who loves or has a crush on Keiichi?

At the end of Minagoroshi-hen, Keiichi gets shot dead by Takano.

Judging by the way she mourned as Keiichi was agonizing, it looks like that Mion really loves him. However, Rena could not stop herself from shedding tears when she looked back at Keiichi's corpse and had to leave him behind, even though she tried to be strong to cope with Keiichi's loss.

Rika remembers everything (although you need to take into account the average human's memory span, as well as the fact that most of it is repeated information) except the last X minutes which are very hazy, especially if the death is sudden. By staying awake while Takano kills her, she remembers more, which moves the "Takano = bad guy!" information outside of the X minutes.
