The anime won't be catching up with the manga any time soon, the manga is far ahead. If the OVA is an adaptation of the Tokyo arc, then I believe it would start in Chapter 107 which is Volume 14. I'm not sure if they would go back a few chapters to redo the library scene that was messed up in the second season.

Right now, the latest chapter in Japan is Chapter 170 which would be part of Volume 22.

Yup, actually 25 minutes each. I am speculating as to what bonuses they will have, if any.

As in extras on a DVD. There's only one episode per DVD so it kinda feels empty.

There's a limited edition of volumes 21, 22, 23 of the manga and each will have episodes 1, 2, 3, in that order. But the DVDs are limited. I am wondering whether they will sell these in the future because it's limited here?
