though I'm not dark_breaka..... I believe.... that the image is from Kiddy Grade... and I got that same exact wallpaper from the bishi wallpaper and arts collection a while ago....

Hit your printscreen button it's on the top row right after the f keys. then open paint or whatever imaging program you use and paste it there and save it.

Mine used to look not so different from yours, then my friend converted me. I have pretty much all my shortcuts in the quicklaunch.

Edit: if you cleanup, i wanna see the final product and compare
