What about the fusions between japanese and english?
There are lots and lots songs out there that have some english words/sentences/parts in it. Dunno, like Slayers or Detective Conan for example. ^-^ even if it is sometimes difficult to find out what they're singing... hehe, .hack//SIGN is special. There is not only an english opening, they've got other languages too. I was really surprised to hear "Das Wandern" which is in german (so I had some fun figuring it out ) |

Getting back on topic though, pretty much all the music done for the cowboy bebop movie is in english. Most of the songs for the .hack//sign series are also in english....although it is very difficult to understand what they are saying. Also the pillows, (the band that does all the music for FLCL) have done a few songs in english you might be able to find on the soundtrack for FLCL |

Every .hack//SIGN song is in english, except for Das Wandern(German), which was said, and Yasashii Yoake(the ending theme, in Japanese). If you go to animelyrics.com and just follow along with it once or twice, the songs seem to become a lot easier to understand.
Also, Dimension of Love from Tenchi Universe is english, or at least in the dub it is. |

Hellsing - Logos Naki World - Heard that this song is actually english, I can barely make out what they are saying, only recognizing certain words. You know something is wrong when the longest phrase you can understand is "shoobie doobie doo." Please correct me if im wrong and this is actually Japanese lol.
Hellsing - Shine - Hey! I can actually understand this one compared to Logos Naki World. Naruto - Wind Berserk - Tell Me Why - Not the best english: "So put your grasses on, nothin will be wong, theres no brame, theres no fame, its up to you." Thats what it sounds like, still one of my favs though Berserk - Waiting So Long

original song was first written and preformed around the mid 30's. Yay for Big Band. Quote:
written by Johann Sebastian Bach (it's actually a opera-ish song with a similar tune only slower). However, as there are several versions of the song that can be dated to various time periods before Evangelion it would be safer to assume that Shiro Sagisu took inspiration from one of those songs. |
