The funniest one I've seen lately is Konjiki no Gash Bell. It's a unique humor style, so I don't know if other people liked it but I found some of the episodes just hillarious.

May want to try Tenshi na Konimaiki. I have found the series to be pretty consistantly funny. Some people stumble over the animation style, but it lends itself really well to the physical humor in the show.

Really funny anime.

Dokkoida - parody of alot old and recent anime series. ^^

Ebichu - Alot of sex joke. ^^

Ippatu Kikimusume - more sex joke. ^^

Jubei chan 2 - ninja/samurai gag but has good storyline. ^^

Jungle wa Itsumo Hale Nochi Guu - Weird Jungle joke. ^^

Papuwa - Even weirder jungle joke. ^^

Excel Saga (licensed) gets my vote. It's hilarious and pretty insane. A lot of the episodes are parodies of other anime series. It's not to be missed.

Peace Maker Kurogane has its share of comedy. some episodes were just a riot, especially the once called Song. Cracks me up.

Azumanga Daioh, you can also try and see Full Metal Panic because it also has funny episodes and if you liked GTO you will probably like Gokusen since there's a lot of similarities between those 2 animes(Gokusen kind of looks like a ripoff, but it's cool anyway)

As far as unlicensed anime, you would probably like Gokusen and Yumeria judging from the other shows you've enjoyed. Jungle wa Itsumo Hale nochi Guu is a riot. I don't think anyone has mentioned the licensed anime Fruits Baskets yet. It has some hilarious scenes, but the main character is mostly cute/sweet. *snuggles Tohru*
