RG Veda, or "Seiden," is one of CLAMP's earlier works as a pro. Although you can identify some shadows of inexperience, it does have a beautiful artwork.

I'm fairly sure its licensed. So you can't get the episodes from here. Sorry.

Yep, it's licensed, and very good too ^_^ There are only two episodes, and you can get them both on dvd. There are also 10 manga, which I believe are in the process of being translated to be released in the US later this year.

RG Veda the manga totally rocks and IMO is the best manga series by CLAMP (Tokyo Babylon takes the second place for me). Actually I hate most other CLAMP manga (especially the later ones, ie. Chobits, Tsubasa...), but I absolutely love RG Veda and TB..

RG Veda the anime OVA is basically a show of random beautiful artworks, so if you want more plot and character development, stay away from it.

The OAV is a collage of random scenes from the manga IIRC. I thought its visual style was also an unsuccessful adaptation of the manga. I would not recommend it except for people who actually know the manga and would be able to place the OAV's scenes in context. The OAV failed to do this in any meaningful way.

When I was in Japan for a homestay I frequented the used manga store, and I got lucky, I bought all ten volumes of it for 1 dollar, yeah pretty decent condition too. ^_____^
