I tried making it for you but it's kinda hard because the picture has such dark colors. But here's what I came up with...
The first version is unblurred but pixalated; the second version is the opposite.

And I tried making a banner but no matter what, it came out too pixalated. Sorry.

Sorry, I'm really not good with darker pictures; Here's my atempt.

Since you wanted me to keep it dark, I minimized the amount of adjustment layers but I out a blue overlay layer over Rena's eyes so it stands out against the dark background.

It is a good try. I was hoping more for a signature, but as you say it pixalates too much.

Signatures, They are a little plain but The Satoshi one is best.
