FlareKnight was just saying the anime adaptation covered the first two novels of the series. The manga adaptation being released in a Japanese magazine monthly is only part way through the events of the first novel.

Check the other threads in the subforum here for manga and novels - and translation projects for them.

There are a couple of team and individual projects working to translate the light novels.
There are also links to a website that has a scanlation project of the few manga chapters that have been released in Japan so far.

After watching this highly entertaining series, at the end of it all I'm still left with one burning question.

I'm going have to say no to the above question, lol, I mean if she did get em; they would show her enjoying it with all her glory, lol

No, novel 3 (whi takes place right after this episode) states that they left without the peaches. But Horo deffinatly still wants them. Ch. 1 of vol. 3 (first ep. basicly of the second season) is 32% translated.

Ah, I liked that ending a lot. It leaves room for another season, but yet wasn't a cliffhanger. It also wasn't a bittersweet parting like I feared it would be. I was left very satisfied overall. And Horo is a shorter name to say, lol. 10/10

Really? Horo is a female wolf.. and the other one could have been a horny young male wolf... maybe that's what 'mature' meant?

Spoiler:

Will there be a movie after this or something? Spice and Wolf's website has a movie link that says 'Coming Soon'.

I believe there is a good chance we will see something after this.

The movie thing has my curiosity as well.. I really want to know if anyone else has noticed it.

Because Horo's clothes was still in tact, we can be affirmed that she never transformed. So, I'm betting on her submitting to him and allowing him to believe that he was in charged. Basically conceding to his dominance as her "better"

A wonderful series with nothing to complain about. Realistic and witty, sometimes a little bit absurd, but still as lovely

It is pretty good. While nothing mind blowing. It was well worth the watch. It helped that it was so laid back. The interaction between Horo and Lawerence where top notch.

Besides the fact that if anything like 'that' had even been attempted that youngster wouldn't have been in the world of the living any longer. Only so far arrogance like that can take you.

A great episode! Horo in wolf form, pouting at Lawrence.. what a sight!

I sincerely hope for a second season, I wouldn't want to miss out on S&W anymore. (Sure, I could read the manga, but I really like the voice acting and animation!)

That and I do think the act would take longer then just destroying them.
